Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

1. Introduction

Welcome to CitizenshipAustralia.com ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our educational platform, including all content, services, and features available through the platform. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our platform.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (e.g., username and password). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

4. Access to the Platform

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes for a duration of 1 year from the date of purchase. You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
  • Copy, modify, or distribute content from the platform without our prior written consent.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its related systems.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions, available at Stripe's Terms.

Refund Policy: Under Australian Consumer Law, consumers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product or service fails to meet consumer guarantees. However, refunds are not provided in the following circumstances:

  • If you change your mind about your purchase.
  • If you simply decide you no longer need or want the service.
  • If the issue with the service is due to misuse or actions outside of our control.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or other non-guarantee-related issues. This is because we incur costs for the resources you use, including payment provider fees (e.g., Stripe) and other technical expenses associated with maintaining the platform.

If you believe your purchase has not met a consumer guarantee, please contact us at [email protected] so we can assess the issue and determine your eligibility for a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
